Universum.earth is the doing-business-as platform brand under which both apps operate; the website, the TikTok app, and the Meta app are all owned and operated by Dr. Vladimir Pereligyn.

• Patient cabinet data: if you create an account in the patient cabinet, we store your authentication credentials (email, encrypted password) and health records you voluntarily enter (medications, lab results, appointments).

8. Third-Party Platform Integrations (TikTok, Meta, Instagram)

The Universum.earth application integrates with the following third-party platforms to publish medical education content from Dr. Vladimir Pereligyn's practice:

• TikTok for Developers — Universum.earth application uses TikTok Login Kit (scope user.info.basic) and Content Posting API (scopes video.upload, video.publish) to publish educational health videos to Dr. Pereligyn's own TikTok account. No end-user data from website visitors is shared with TikTok. The app does not collect TikTok user data beyond the operator's own profile.
• Meta for Developers (Instagram) — the Medical Content Automation app uses the Instagram Graph API permission instagram_business_basic on a read-only, server-to-server basis to fetch the connected Business account's identity metadata (id, username, name, profile picture URL, followers count, media count). There is no end-user login flow: authentication uses App Secret + Long-Lived User Access Token on the backend. The connected account is @md_pereligyn_eng(IG User ID 17841407739812598). No end-user data from website visitors or from other Instagram users is collected or processed.
• Content scope: all content published through Universum.earth is created by Dr. Pereligyn and contains evidence-based medical education material (thyroid health, endocrinology, metabolic medicine). No user-generated content from third parties is routed through the application.

When you interact with content published by Universum.earth on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, your interaction is governed by the privacy policies of those respective platforms, not by this Privacy Policy.

Medical disclaimer for automated platforms: No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided via automated messaging, comments, or DM responses on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. All content published through the Universum.earth application is educational in nature only. All clinical decisions are made by Dr. Vladimir Pereligyn, MD (board-certified endocrinologist), exclusively in separate human consultations booked at universum.earth/consultation. The app uses instagram_business_basic on a read-only server-to-server basis to verify the identity of the connected Instagram Business account before publishing educational content; the app does not read, store, or process data of any end users who interact with that content.

9. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics. Firebase Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are used.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The website will continue to function normally without cookies.

10. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
