An architectural path of rebirth

Spiral Rebirth Island is a premium medical wellness retreat on the small tropical island of Koh Tae Nai near Koh Phangan. The guest moves through a 21-day recovery path across 7 villa-clinics arranged along an ascending spiral.

The core idea: the island is not just a place to stay, but an architectural route of rebirth. The guest physically moves up the island and simultaneously goes through a medical, somatic, emotional and meaning-level transformation.

This is not an esoteric centre. It is a licensed medical recovery retreat with a strong atmospheric shell — colour, sound, light, scent, meditation, silence and chakra symbolism are used as environmental design, not as a substitute for medical care.

Koh Tae Nai · opposite Thong Sala

A small island next to Koh Phangan. Very short logistics from Phangan, the feeling of a separate, enclosed world, and a strong natural image — jungle, water, reef zone, horizon.

Minimum capital intervention, maximum preservation of natural relief. All villas appear as light pavilions in the jungle, not as dense hotel construction.

Each villa is responsible for a separate stage of transformation. Colour, materials, light and rhythm of space are subordinated to that level's task.

Guest journey

21 days · 3 days at each level

Every 3 days the guest moves to the next villa. A new guest or family enters the freed first level. The island operates as a continuous yet very private cycle of recovery.

Medical model

Legally clean · clinically safe

  • The Medical Director approves the service list, contraindications and admission protocols.
  • Every procedure passes screening: blood pressure, pulse, anamnesis, allergies, medications, risks.
  • The float capsule is used only after clearance: psychiatric state, claustrophobia, epilepsy, cardiovascular risk.
  • Wellness practices do not promise to cure disease and do not replace medical prescriptions.
  • After the island, the guest receives a 90-day support plan: nutrition, sleep, exercise, labs, follow-up consultation.

An island operating system for human recovery

Spiral Rebirth Island is a closed-loop island medical recovery complex of a new type. Seven villas are placed along a spiral from the shore to the top of the island, each responsible for a separate stage of transformation: diagnostics, cleansing, apparatus recovery, treatment, advanced correction, biohacking and spiritual integration.

Each guest completes the programme in 21 days, spending 3 days at every level. Every 3 days a new guest or family arrives, while previous participants ascend to the next level. Architecture, medicine, nutrition, sleep, sound, colour, nature and silence are unified into a single rebirth route.

This is not a hotel, not a conventional clinic and not a standard retreat.
